I delight in being a creator and maker. Through my insight, skills and technique I purposefully aim to capture the substance of our beautiful Western Australian light, landscape, flora & fauna. My professional journey started in July 1999 as The Artful Flowe in Kalgoorlie-Boulder. I wonder if it was this very unique Goldfields colour, vast landscape and clear light that cast a spell over me, persuading me to want to share its beauty. So even though now separated from the Goldfields, I look up, down and at the landscape that I pass through. I relish the early morning or twilight, to be able to capture that fleeting moment that causes a heart to sigh. I am privileged to be able share these moments of joy through my art. Artworks that can be cherished by generations of families or businesses alike, and happily provide support for several charities – Royal Flying Doctor Service,Guide Dogs WA & select School Fundraisers.
